The New Leader® L2000G4 is your reliable and affordable single-bin spreader for applying high rates of fertilizer and low rates of lime.  This combination spreader features laser-cut manufacturing with a 304 stainless steel body (also available in painted 409) and upgraded components for straight, semi-float, and full-float trucks.

The L2000G4 features many of the new updates found on the New Leader L4000G4, including:

  • Hydraulics located toward the cab, away from heavy corrosion zone, increase the service life.
  • Stainless steel take-up brackets, hydraulic tank, and fenders reduce corrosion.
  • New three-ply Moderate Oil Resistant (MOR) straight belt option means no conveyor chain or chain oiler, which reduces maintenance time and expense.
  • New spinner motor design with stainless steel sleeve lengthens the service life.
  • New motorized valve and 180-count sensor provides more accurate material rate control.
  • New laser cut manufacturing offers one-piece side sheet construction. This reduces seams and potential corrosion zones.

The L2000G4 uses the patented G4 variable rate broadcaster to deliver a consistent spread pattern up to 70’ wide. The L2000G4 is able to:

  • Broadcast up to 2 tons of lime per acre at 12 miles per hour.
  • Dial down to 50 pounds of fertilizer per acre.
